Overview
Fox Mulder is a true believer, a brilliant FBI agent convinced that extraterrestrial life and paranormal forces are not only real but actively suppressed by the government. His partner, Dana Scully, is a scientist and a skeptic, assigned less to help him than to keep him in check. Together they wade through the bureau's forgotten files, the cases no one else wants. What starts as institutional damage control slowly becomes something neither of them can explain away.
