Overview
Cullen Bohannon, a former Confederate soldier carrying a grief too raw to leave behind, heads west with revenge as his compass. He lands in Hell on Wheels, a rolling, lawless settlement of workers, hustlers, and outcasts that moves along the front edge of the transcontinental railroad. Amid the mud, violence, and ambition of one of America's most audacious construction projects, Bohannon must decide whether vengeance is a destination or just another way to keep moving.
