David Moore

David Moore is an award winning British film and television director working both at home in the UK and abroad.

He most recently directed the hit Harlan Coben thriller series “Fool Me Once” which is now a Netflix all time top ten show.

He has directed TV series such as “Indian Summers” starring Julie Walters for Channel 4/New Pictures, “Monroe” starring Jimmy Nesbitt for ITV/Mammoth and “Outlander” for Starz/Tall Ship. He is probably best known for his feature length drama “Sweeney Todd” starring Ray Winstone for the BBC which won Ray the best actor award at the Shanghai Television Festival.

Having started his film career as an editor cutting commercials, music videos, documentaries and fiction films he moved onto directing while at the National Film and Television School, subsequently directing several shorts, including the BAFTA Scotland and RTS award winning “The Star”. David has also produced a series of “Monroe” and directed & produced the Agatha Christie single drama “Endless Night” for ITV.
