Overview
Lone-wolf detective Goku is hired by a frightened woman to track down her missing brother, Ryu, before a powerful stepfather's private army closes in on them both. The job turns ugly fast. Ryu has been twisted into something barely human by a military experiment, and he is leaving corpses wherever he goes. Armed with his omniscient cybernetic eye and a staff that bends reality, Goku has to decide whether saving a man means destroying him first.
