Overview
When a corpse is too far gone for conventional forensics, the FBI calls in Dr. Temperance Brennan, a forensic anthropologist whose ability to read bones borders on uncanny. Working out of the Jeffersonian Institution alongside a team of brilliant, idiosyncratic scientists, she partners with Special Agent Seeley Booth to crack cases where skeletons are the only witnesses left. The friction between her clinical precision and his street-level instincts drives both the investigations and a slow-burning personal dynamic that carries the show across twelve seasons.
