Overview
After decades bending fabric into art at Dior's Avenue Montaigne atelier, Esther is quietly approaching the end of her career when a young pickpocket named Jade snatches her bag on the Paris metro. Rather than call the police, Esther makes an unusual choice: she pulls Jade into her world instead. What follows is an unlikely apprenticeship set against the relentless pace of haute couture, where a woman with everything to pass on meets a girl with nowhere else to go.
