Overview
A crew of young colonists, desperate enough to raid an abandoned space station for supplies, get far more than salvage. Somewhere in the decaying corridors, something has been waiting. Director Fede Alvarez strips the franchise back to its original terror, putting underprepared people against a creature that operates on pure, indifferent instinct. The film earns its scares through claustrophobia and dread rather than spectacle, reminding audiences why this particular monster became a cultural nightmare in the first place.
