Overview
Jake Sully is a former Marine confined to a wheelchair, sent to the lush extraterrestrial moon of Pandora as part of a corporate mining operation in the 22nd century. Inhabiting a lab-grown alien body, he moves freely among the indigenous Na'vi people, learning their ways and earning their trust. But the closer he gets to them, the harder it becomes to carry out the mission that brought him there. Loyalty, identity, and survival pull him in opposite directions.
