Overview
Leah is grieving, furious, and sixteen, a dangerous combination when she stumbles onto occult rituals in the woods near her new home. In a moment of raw rage toward her mother, she summons something she cannot name and almost immediately regrets it. What follows is less about supernatural spectacle and more about the specific, creeping horror of getting exactly what you asked for. Director Adam MacDonald keeps the dread quiet and close, making the familiar feel genuinely unsettling.
