Overview
The Vermont Highway Patrol is not exactly a well-oiled machine. Its five troopers spend most of their shifts pulling pranks on motorists and getting into trouble, which has the governor threatening to shut the whole operation down. Then, almost by accident, they stumble onto a legitimate drug smuggling operation. Suddenly, these lovable misfits have a shot at real police work, if they can outmaneuver the local cops who want to swoop in and claim all the credit.
