Overview
Neil runs a small video store and has spent most of his adult life perfectly happy watching other people have adventures on screen. Then Violet walks in, and suddenly his carefully curated existence of classic noirs and cult favorites stops feeling like enough. She is unpredictable, mischievous, and pulls him into situations that feel lifted straight from the films he loves. The trouble is, real life has no screenplay, and Neil is badly out of practice when it comes to improvising.
