Overview
In suburban Texas, propane salesman Hank Hill tries to maintain his carefully constructed world of tradition and propriety while his family constantly tests those boundaries. His wife Peggy pursues her own misguided dreams, their son Bobby embodies teenage bewilderment, and his buddies at the alley challenge his every assumption. Hank's rigid code of honor keeps bending against the absurdities of modern life, creating a comedy from the friction between his steadfast convictions and an uncooperative reality.
