Overview
Camp Northstar runs on a shoestring and a prayer, and its head counselor Tripper is barely more responsible than the kids he supervises. When he takes a quiet, withdrawn camper named Rudy under his wing, something genuine starts to grow beneath all the pranks and chaos. Meanwhile, Rudy decides to play matchmaker between Tripper and a fellow counselor named Roxanne, while the whole camp gears up for a showdown against the wealthy, insufferable rival Camp Mohawk.
