Overview
Dean has a plan: recreate the perfect anniversary getaway, fix every mistake from last year, and win back Lana once and for all. The problem is that his obsessive tinkering with a time loop device keeps multiplying the variables rather than controlling them. What begins as a romantic gesture spirals into overlapping versions of the same disastrous weekend, with multiple Deans and Lanas colliding in an increasingly chaotic desert motel. Hugh O'Connor's low-budget Australian sci-fi comedy is surprisingly sharp on how perfectionism poisons intimacy.
