Overview
Two brothers are running out of time and running out of options. Set against the sun-scorched flatlands of West Texas, the film follows a calculated string of small-town bank robberies conceived not for greed but for survival, as a crumbling family ranch hangs in the balance. Chasing them is a soon-to-retire Texas Ranger with too much wit and too little to lose. Director David Mackenzie wraps economic desperation in the language of the classic Western.
