Overview
A television presenter's comfortable life unravels when anonymous surveillance footage begins arriving at his home. The tapes are crude, intimate, clearly shot by someone who knows him well. As the imagery grows more invasive and accompanied by cryptic drawings, George finds himself trapped in a psychological siege. Haneke's film dissects guilt, complicity, and the unbridgeable distance between people sharing the same space. What starts as a mystery becomes something far more unsettling.
