Overview
A seemingly ordinary Tuesday shatters when a young boy dies in a senseless accident, leaving his parents to navigate the wreckage of their marriage and grief. Rather than pulling together, Bea and Howie find themselves isolated in their own pain, each pursuing different paths toward acceptance. Director John Cameron Mitchell observes how proximity to loss can paradoxically create distance between two people bound by the same tragedy.
