Overview
Rome, 1969. A restless married woman finds herself adrift in the swirling, neon-lit chaos of London's counterculture scene, where free love and psychedelic abandon rewrite the rules she has always lived by. Director Tinto Brass wraps a story of erotic awakening and racial taboo inside a kaleidoscope of pop-art imagery and mod-era energy. Equal parts provocation and period artifact, the film charts one woman's quiet rebellion against the life she was handed.
