Overview
Werner Ernst is a young hospital resident trying to do right by his patients while the system conspires against him at every turn. His latest headache involves two half-sisters locked in a bitter courtroom fight over their comatose father, though the real prize appears to be the $10 million waiting in his estate. Caught between a morally bankrupt supervisor who prioritizes billing codes over bodies and a legal department with its own agenda, Werner has to decide what medicine is actually for.
