Overview
Angel Beach, Florida, 1954. A pack of hormone-addled teenage boys scrape together their courage and their cash for a night at Porky's, a notorious Everglades strip joint run by a loudmouth crook with a badge-wearing brother backing him up. The visit goes sideways in the most humiliating way possible, and what follows is a drawn-out, gleefully crude campaign of payback. Equal parts locker-room chaos and genuine coming-of-age warmth, the film launched a decade of imitators.
