Overview
Detroit is rotting from the inside out, and a private corporation called Omni Consumer Products sees opportunity in the ruin. When street cop Alex Murphy is ambushed and killed by a sadistic crime lord, OCP rebuilds him as RoboCop, a law-enforcement prototype built to serve their bottom line. What they never counted on was the man still buried inside the machine, piecing together his own murder and turning that grief into something the corporation cannot control.
