Overview
San Francisco psychiatrist Isaac Barr thinks he understands the human mind, until his patient's dangerously alluring sister pulls him into a world he is wholly unprepared for. What begins as a forbidden attraction curdles into something far darker when her volatile, well-connected husband enters the picture. Part neo-noir seduction, part courtroom psychodrama, the film leans hard into its Hitchcock debts, with Richard Gere and Kim Basinger navigating a maze of manipulation, murder, and misplaced trust.
