Overview
A Kansas couple who longed for a child gets their wish when a spacecraft crashes on their farm carrying an infant boy. Brandon grows up loved and seemingly ordinary, until adolescence awakens something terrifying inside him. Director David Yarovesky leans hard into the superhero mythology we know, then inverts it completely, asking what happens when the chosen one has no interest in saving anyone. The result is a lean, genuinely unsettling horror film with a mean streak it never apologizes for.
