Overview
In the Dublin suburb of Darndale, ambition is the most dangerous drug of all. A tight circle of young men, bored and restless, decides to muscle into the local narcotics trade, seduced by the promise of easy money and the kind of respect the neighbourhood rarely hands out for free. Jay Connolly's debut feature pulls no punches about what that hunger costs, tracing the gap between the life these lads imagine and the one closing in around them.
