Overview
Seven years after the experimental starship Event Horizon vanished without explanation, a rescue crew is dispatched to investigate its sudden reappearance near Neptune. What they find aboard is not a ghost ship waiting to be salvaged. The vessel has been somewhere no human was meant to go, and it brought something back. Paul W.S. Anderson's 1997 sci-fi horror film leans hard into the idea that deep space is not empty, and that some doors, once opened, cannot be closed.
