Overview
Brian Wilson's creative ambitions pull him away from the Beach Boys' touring circuit, fueling his descent into the studio and into psychological turmoil. Decades later, a woman named Melinda enters his life as he struggles under the influence of a therapist who has systematized his isolation. What emerges is a portrait of artistic vision colliding with fragile mental health, and the possibility of redemption through human connection rather than clinical control.
