Overview
When a seemingly respectable English teacher discovers her younger colleague's illicit relationship with a student, she sees an opening. Rather than expose the secret, she cultivates an intimate friendship, using knowledge of the scandal as leverage for something darker. What begins as blackmail transforms into obsession, as the older woman's carefully constructed loneliness finds its target. The film becomes a portrait of predatory isolation masked as connection.
