Overview
When psychiatrist Sam Foster takes on a new patient named Henry Letham, the young man announces he intends to be dead by his next birthday. Sam sets out to find Henry's family, only to discover that the people Henry claimed to have killed are apparently still alive. The deeper Sam investigates, the more the boundary between documented fact and lived experience collapses around him. Marc Forster's visually fractured thriller treats perception itself as the unreliable narrator.
