Overview
Sean Boswell has burned through every second chance America had to offer, and a judge finally sends him packing to Tokyo, where his estranged military father lives. What Sean finds there is a city humming beneath its polished surface with drift racing, a discipline built on controlled chaos and millimeter precision. Neon-lit parking garages become arenas. New alliances form fast, and so do dangerous enemies. Tokyo does not ease him in gently.
