Overview
When a man from a marginalized tribal community vanishes from police custody, his pregnant wife refuses to accept silence as an answer. Her search leads her to a principled High Court lawyer willing to take on the state itself. Based on real events from 1990s Tamil Nadu, the film examines how justice functions, and fails, along caste and class lines, turning a single family's nightmare into a reckoning with institutional power.
