Overview
Rick Blaine runs a profitable nightclub in wartime Casablanca, keeping his head down and his politics to himself. Then Ilsa Lund walks through the door on the arm of a celebrated resistance leader, and every carefully built wall Rick has constructed around his past begins to crack. Set against the desperate shuffle of refugees trying to escape Nazi-occupied Europe, the film turns a single night's moral reckoning into something that has haunted audiences for decades.
