Overview
Game designer Allegra Geller has built the most immersive virtual reality system ever conceived, and someone wants her dead for it. Fleeing with a reluctant marketing trainee as her only ally, she plugs them both into her latest creation to check whether the game survived the attack. Cronenberg's slippery 1999 thriller keeps pulling the floor out from under you, blurring the boundary between gameplay and reality until neither character, nor viewer, can quite trust what they are seeing.
