Overview
A cutting-edge psychiatric device that lets therapists walk directly inside a patient's dreams falls into the wrong hands, and reality begins to fray at the edges. Dr. Atsuko Chiba must pursue the thief through a landscape where waking life and the subconscious bleed together without warning. Satoshi Kon's 2006 film moves at the speed of dream logic, layering surreal imagery over a genuinely urgent mystery about who controls the mind and who gets to define what is real.
