Overview
An aging Shakespearean actor's carefully ordered life shifts when his friend's wayward granddaughter arrives in London. Maurice sees an opportunity to cultivate her rough edges, introducing her to art and civilization. But the arrangement becomes something neither anticipated, as the young woman's candor chips away at his pretenses, and his attention offers her something she didn't know she needed.
