Overview
A body at the base of a South Korean mountain. A widow who grieves without quite grieving. Detective Hae-joon tells himself he is building a case, but what he is really doing is finding reasons to return to Seo-rae. Park Chan-wook turns a procedural into something far more unsettling: a portrait of a man who mistakes obsession for intuition, and a woman who may be playing him perfectly, or may simply be impossible to read.
