Overview
Meghna Mathur leaves her middle-class Chandigarh family behind with one fixed ambition: the top of the modelling world. She gets there, moving through the industry's glossy parties, powerful men, and ruthless hierarchies faster than she expected. But the ascent reshapes her in ways she never anticipated, stripping away old certainties while replacing them with habits that are harder to shake. Director Madhur Bhandarkar documents the Mumbai fashion circuit with forensic detail, building a portrait of ambition that is more complicated than either triumph or ruin.
