Overview
Chicago detective Eddie Cusack is fighting wars on two fronts. On the streets, a brutal drug feud between rival gangs is spiraling toward open bloodshed. Inside the precinct, Cusack finds himself isolated after refusing to stay quiet about a fellow officer's deadly misconduct. Chuck Norris brings a quiet intensity to the role, and director Andrew Davis stages the action with a gritty Chicago authenticity that would later define his bigger films. Loyalty, here, costs something real.
