Overview
At ninety-four years old, Bernard Jordan possesses one last wish: to return to Normandy and pay his respects at the beaches where he fought seven decades earlier. When the care home denies his request, he takes matters into his own hands, embarking on an unauthorized journey to the D-Day anniversary commemoration. What begins as an act of defiance becomes something far more profound, a man reclaiming his past and honoring the bonds forged in wartime.
